Managing your availability, breaks, and holidays
How to set your recurring weekly schedule, travel buffer times between lessons, and holiday periods.
Calendar and Availability Controls
You have full control over your working schedule directly from your Instructor Dashboard.
1. Weekly Availability Schedule
Under Availability, set the days and times you are open for bookings (e.g. Monday–Friday 08:00–18:00, Saturday mornings).
2. Buffer Breaks Between Lessons
Configure automatic breaks (e.g. 15, 30, or 45 minutes) between bookings. The booking engine automatically factors this in so you always have time to travel between learner pickup locations.
3. Blocked Periods & Holidays
Going on annual leave or need a specific day off? Add a Blocked Period with start and end dates. Learners will not be able to book those dates while your regular recurring schedule remains intact.
4. Service Area & Radius
Set your primary operating postcode and maximum travel radius (in miles). You can also add or exclude specific postcode districts.
