Inviting instructors to join your school roster
How to generate and send secure email invitations to instructors to link their profiles to your school.
Adding Instructors to Your School
School owners and managers can recruit instructors directly through the School Dashboard.
Sending Invitations
- In your School Dashboard, navigate to Instructors.
- Click Invite Instructor and enter the instructor's email address.
- The instructor receives a secure invitation link valid for 7 days.
- When they accept, their instructor profile is linked to your school roster.
Roster Controls
School managers can monitor instructor invitation status (Pending, Accepted, Expired) and activate or deactivate memberships as staffing changes.
