Understand how block package credits are stored, applied at checkout, and why they never expire.
Understanding Package Credits
When you purchase a 6-hour, 10-hour, or 20-hour package, your account receives prepaid lesson credits.
Key Benefits
- Zero Extra Fees: Once credits are in your account, booking a session with that instructor requires no additional checkout payments or card charges.
- No Expiry Date: Your purchased package credits never expire and remain safe in your account until you redeem them.
- Flexible Scheduling: Book future sessions week-by-week as your personal schedule permits.
How to Redeem Credits
- Go to your instructor's profile or choose Book Again from your dashboard.
- Select an available lesson slot.
- At checkout, click Pay with Credits. The session is confirmed instantly without opening a card payment screen.
